I created this website to share the tools and resources I use to practice sobriety and recovery. This site is not specific to any addiction, but you will see a heavy emphasis on alcohol, sex and love addiction.
The tools and resources that I have placed on this site work for me. Maybe they will work for you too! A navigation note: When you open some of the main-menu topics, i.e., the 12-Steps menu, you'll see sub menus in the gray bar just below the main menu. I'll be using the sub menus as I build out this site -- so look for sub topics below each of the main-menu topics.
